January 18th

Weather: very cold!
Comments: We could only find one sale today, a liquidation of the contents of a house and some out-buildings on a hillside just south of Carter Lake. We didn't find much in the house, but two of the out-buildings had the remmnents of a custom framing business. One building had literally stacks of moulding for making picture frames, the other had many stacks of cut pieces of matboard. We picked out some items we think we can put to good use, and got a very good deal on the lot. A fun sale, though it was mighty cold wandering around up there!!!
Amount spent: $2.25

Felix helped log the cuuh this evening, as did Attie (who is in the picture at the top with the moulding if you look closely).
